Picture yourself getting things done, getting that rare but awesome &#039;wow mornings can be cool&#039; feeling. Feel that awesome bit of happiness when you realize you now have an extra hour to do whatever you want. Focus on that, and then you will begin to naturally WANT to get out of bed to experience it. After seeing yourself enjoying it, become it, all it takes it getting up.</description>
