Words That Change Minds II©

Managing Individual and Group Motivation

Follow-up To Success

Due to the success of our first program: Words That Change Minds - Introduction to the Language and Behavior (LAB) Profile, we are pleased to follow-up with Words That Change Minds II - Managing Individual and Group Motivation.

Maintaining and Enhancing Motivation Through Communication

Words That Change Minds II© is about maintaining and enhancing motivation through communication. You will determine how a person will behave in a given situation by hearing the behavioral patterns embedded in the language of everyday conversation.

With Words That Change Minds II©  you'll continue learning new patterns to customize your language for specific people and groups to maintain their motivation and generate even more motivation and productivity.

Come and learn new techniques to identify work traits from simple conversation. Improve your success by knowing how to acquire and use specific language to recognize traits that predict and actually influence behavior!

What You'll Learn With the knowledge of Words that Change Minds II© you'll learn three new behavioral patterns and enjoy these benefits:

  • Save time by applying the right type of motivation so the individual or group stays motivated

  • Communicate the correct reasons for being motivated so people will understand, respond positively, and move on what you want

  • Avoid turning off groups or individuals by understanding and communicating the right amount of information (not too much, not too little)

Management Benefits

  • Minimize conflict and increase your success by discovering and using  behavioral patterns in your workgroup

  • Get team members to cooperate and sidestep the frustrations of communication

  • Thwart "burnout" by applying accurate rewards and punishments

  • Discover whether a person or group responds effectively to "carrots" or "sticks"
