Comments from Judith
Delozier:
 |
"The world is not
getting smaller, but peoples of the world are getting closer."
In the changing
world we face new challenges and also have new opportunities. In
order to take advantage of the opportunities we must as individuals
and organizations continue to learn. One of the most relevant areas
of learning is culture.
Eno's law
number one states that "culture is everything we don't have to do."
Both in practice, heart, and spirit NLP offers the tools and
assumptions for exploring the structure of our cultural experiences
in some ways so we don't have to do it.
This ability
allows for higher quality communication, the possibility to suspend
you own cultural filters and relate on a Trans cultural basis and
well as problem solving and goal setting in cross cultural
situations."
Judith DeLozier has been a trainer,
co-developer, and designer of training programs in the field of
Neuro-Linguistic Programming since 1975. She is the co-author
of The Encyclopedia of Systemic Neuro-Linguistic Programming and NLP
New Coding with Robert Dilts. You can find out more about

Comments from Dr. George
Simons:
 |
"Because NLP
provides us with many ways of seeing ourselves, it is an
indispensable tool for working with the powerful though intangible
forces of culture that shape the key issues of business, politics,
and interpersonal relationships in our time.
Seeing others
clearly requires seeing how we ourselves see and becoming aware of
how others exist in our seeing of them. It is here that NLP through
the Models of the World program offers tools that more traditional
approaches to understanding and managing culture and diversity have
not yet been able to muster.
Models of the
World provides an exciting and enjoyable way for entering this
critical inner space in which the self meets the other and makes
friends. From it we take home a new confidence in our ability to
communicate and relate to others, not in spite of, but because of
our differences."
Dr. George Simons is founder and sole
proprietor of George Simons International, a virtual consulting
network specializing in intercultural communication and global
management. You can find out more about
