 A trip around the world and to yourself

This course presents for the first time a self discovery and coaching concept based on NLP and intercultural communications.

Options to train further with us leading to an Intercultural NLP Practitioner.

• A synergy of Intercultural Communication Practice and NLP in order to improve communication between people and business teams.

• Affective learning in addition to cognitive methods.

• Understand new methods to train and coach international managers and their families for assignments abroad.

• Realize which of your behaviors are due to your unique cultural upbringing

• Experience how it feels to be part of another culture instead of analyzing it.

• Be culturally open and centered in yourself.

In the changing world we face new challenges and also have new opportunities. In order to take advantage of the opportunities we must as individuals and organizations continue to learn. One of the most relevant areas of learning is culture.

Eno's law number one states that "culture is everything we don't have to do." Both in practice, heart, and spirit NLP offers the tools and assumptions for exploring the structure of our cultural experiences in some ways so we don't have to do it.

This ability allows for higher quality communication, the possibility to suspend you own cultural filters and relate on a Trans cultural basis and well as problem solving and goal setting in cross cultural situations."

Seeing others clearly requires seeing how we ourselves see and becoming aware of how others exist in our seeing of them.
