Feedback from Technicians

Technician Training

Here are specific comments from some of the participants of our Technician Certification training.  This is what our Technician Students are saying about us . . .

What have you learned about how this training could best be put to use?
  1. It should be recognized, publicized, caught, used-as the innate, powerful, awesome, life affirming/changing modality it is.
  2. It should be universally taught (e.g. school, businesses, groups, organizations) as an invaluable modality/part of human operation (just as art, language, music, physical education, math, etc.)
  3. It should be taught/used as a natural part of living.
  4. It should be used by all (e.g. business, academia, government, medicine, professionals) whose work involves interpersonal relating.
  5. It should be used in difficult (e.g. illness, crisis, crime, war, conflict, dysfunction) situations/settings.
  6. One can teach/use/improve-by using examples/self change.
  7. Parenting, couples, counsel, marriage, teambuilding, leadership.
  8. Literature, the arts, communications, speaking, presentations.
  9. Made universally available (e.g. Internet, school, library).

W.R. Kellum, Jr. –Somerset, NJ

What aspects of the training did you find most/least valuable?

All, and if I have to say one, the exercises would be the most.  Practicing the discussed information immediately was the key to getting it for me.

G. Feigel – New Windsor, NY

What aspects of the training did you find most/least valuable?

The exercises in class gave a good chance to practice.

S. Tatrai – Hamilton Square, NJ

I found learning and understanding models of the world most valuable.  Understanding that people have other models and may not share mine takes the "sting/punch" and "personal ness" out of communicating.  It helps me to be more objective and react appropriately rather than emotionally.

R. Martjena -  Lawrenceville, NJ

What feedback would you like to give to specific trainers or the training staff as a whole?

All the training staff showed great care and concern about me and how well I was learning.  I liked being asked to stretch my abilities.

   S. Tatrai – Hamilton Square, NJ

What have you learned about the subject?

I've learned how complicated communicating is and how communicating effectively is truly an art.

R. Martjena -  Lawrenceville, NJ

What feedback would you like to give to specific trainers or the training staff as a whole?

I really appreciate your knowledge, guidance, core and stretching me to a new place.

J.  McGraw – Columbus, Ohio

What have you learned about the subject?

I've compiled a toolbox full of ways to be a more effective communicator!  How to be a more effective communicator with the parents I work with.

S. LoPorto – Middletown, NY
